First thing's First. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
Make sure you have the freshest Brussels Sprouts. I got mine at Whole Foods. Wash the veggie if not already done.
Cut the Brussels Sprouts in half.
Put all the cut up Brussels Sprouts in and put in a bowl.
Here are the 3 ingredients for the Brussels Spourts. Drizzle some olive oil on to the veggies.
Add a dash of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
Using the rubber spatula, toss the veggies. Be careful not to crush the veggies.
Another, must have supply in the kitchen: Parchment Paper. Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. Cleaning is a breeze if you use parchment paper.
Place the veggie in the already preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 mins.
This is how it looks like after 15 mins of baking.
Remove from oven. The veggie should be al dente. Toss freshly grated parmesan cheese to add flavor. Place in pretty bowl. Best served immediately. Or you can put in a glass container and share with your friends. Maybe the friends that you know that do not like Brussels sprouts may just change their mind. Maybe...
Share and enjoy!
